As far as the bike pads go...no they don't really fall off and scrap their knee riding with training wheels. But I had them start wearing them as soon as they got a bike, so its not a fight to have them wear the pads when they will get hurt later on. Plus when you buy the helmet it should come with the pads (well atleast wal-mart brand does) Hope all is well!!
ok i totally remember making those for our class when we taught sunbeams. glad he likes 'em. oh yeah and where is your post about your new super cute nephew? wink wink..
