and the answer is.......
Life has been pretty busy lately. We have finally finished our basement and have been trying to decide on graduate school programs. The choices were down to an MBA from BYU or a Masters in Real Estate and Development from USC. We have finally made a decision ............... CALIFORNIA HERE WE COME! School starts June 1st......so we are drastically dropping our home price and boxing up our home! Wish us luck!

Let me hear a Woo Woo! Congrats on the decision & GOOD LUCK getting that house sold quickly! Yikes!...hopefully you get A LOT of people walking it because once they see it they WILL want it.
